August 2019 FSM Recap
Sat. Aug. 3 & Sun. Aug. 4
3 riders
2 countries
59.46 miles | 95.69 kilometers
August was another slow FSM month as a heatwave suffocated much of the United States and rainy season descended upon the Philippines. Still, we were glad to see several riders step up to keep our monthly ride going.
Philippines
After two weekends of rain in Makati City, NCR, Enrico Victor was able to catch a break in the weather on Saturday. He was able to fit in a 12 km Me-Mover ride before the rain returned. He was fortunate to do so, because it rained the whole day Sunday.
United States

Tom Case and Humberto Perez teamed up to do a marathon-length Me-Mover ride in Hollywood Beach, Florida. They started at 5:45 am as the sun rose over the beach. They got home early, had a good breakfast, and were able to begin their days with plenty of time to spare.

Next Month
FSM – the First Saturday/Sunday of the Month Ride – is a time the community comes together to ride in spirit no matter where in the world we happen to be. We hope you join us for our next edition which we’re extending to cover the Labor Day holiday in the United States. Also note that this is our first split Saturday and Sunday pair:
- Sunday, September 1, 2019
- Monday, September 2, 2019 – Labor Day
- Saturday, September 7, 2019
